Child Safety Agreement

We are deeply committed to establishing this platform as a haven of safety and positivity, with a special emphasis on safeguarding our younger users. To fulfill this mission, we have formulated the following comprehensive agreement, which all users must strictly adhere to during their usage of this platform.

1. Age Requirement

• Minimum Age Standard: Users must be at least 18 years old to register and utilize this platform.
• Minor Restrictions: Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or accessing the platform through the falsification of their age.
• Detection Systems: Our platform employs both automatic and manual systems to monitor and detect any underage activities or instances of child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA).

2. Prohibited Conduct and Content

2.1 Sexual and Physical Abuse of Youth

We prohibit any manifestation of sexual abuse, exploitation, or physical abuse of youth, encompassing but not limited to:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Sharing, creating, or disseminating any material that involves child sexual abuse, whether self-generated or produced through artificial intelligence. This includes content that displays or implies sexual behavior, sexual abuse, or the sexualization of a minor's body or specific body parts.
• Grooming Behavior: Establishing a relationship of trust with a minor for the purpose of sexual abuse or exploitation.
• Sextortion: Threatening to share non-consensual nude, intimate, or sexually explicit content in exchange for money, sex, or additional nudity.
• Sexual Harassment and Solicitation: Directing unwelcome sexual communications towards others, including imitating sexual acts, making comments about intimate body parts, or sharing non-consensual sexually explicit information. This also includes inviting minors to engage in sexual acts, encouraging them to leave the platform, or sharing sexually explicit images (regardless of whether the inviter is a minor).
• Physical Abuse and Neglect: Any conduct that perpetrates or promotes physical violence, neglect, harm, or psychological abuse against a minor.

2.2 Additional Prohibited Content

• CSAM in Any Form: Any form of child sexual abuse content, even in the form of screenshots or clips, is strictly prohibited.
• Adult-Minor Relationships: Romantic relationships between adults and minors, or self-identification of an interest in minors, are unacceptable.
• Promotion of Harm: Promotion or display of physical or psychological harm to minors is prohibited.
• Re-Traumatization: Reposting or disseminating content that results in re-traumatization of minors is not allowed.

2.3 Permitted Content

Educational and Documentary Content: Educational and documentary content related to the harms of abuse or exploitation is permitted, as long as it is not depicted or displayed in a graphic manner.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

• Incident Reporting: Incidents involving sexual abuse or exploitation of youth will be reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or other relevant agencies as required by applicable law.
• User Reporting: Users can report potential violations through the in-app reporting function or by contacting us via email at vgolivecontact@gmail.com.

4. Support and Resources

Support for Victims: If you or someone you know has experienced sexual abuse or exploitation of a youth, you can access the following support:

• North America, Australia, New Zealand: Contact the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC).
• Europe: Use the Law Enforcement Reporting Channel for Child Sexual Coercion and Blackmail.
• Elsewhere: Contact the International Center for Missing & Exploited Children Global Hotline.

Immediate Danger: If you are in immediate danger, please contact local emergency services immediately.

5. Enforcement and Transparency

5.1 Enforcement Measures

• Penalties for Violations: Violations of the Child Safety Policy will result in immediate account penalties.
• Law Enforcement Cooperation: Severe violations will be reported to law enforcement agencies, and we will cooperate with their investigations.

5.2 User Education

• Policy and Guidelines: We educate users on child safety by providing clear child safety policies and guidelines.
• Content Creation Tips: We provide relevant tips during content creation to ensure compliance with our policies.
